Great place if you want to be patronize and your pain not taking seriously. Tell us people who through surgery take over counter meds first comparing or clumping patients together (like we all have same pain thresholds no... ) each individual shouldn't be patronize and made to feel like they made me and daughter feel. Also saying the ER is not a good place to be if your having pain at a 9 I should go to primary care.....okay well it's 9pm clinic aren't open so that's why we went there.... Thought hospitals were a safe haven for sick and suffering. Also nurse told us she gave one med then said it was another doctor also told us something different. Would of gave it zero but there's no option for that. One good part of this whole experience was Danny the nice nurse who checked us in. I see you have multiple complaints on here and numerous 2 stars. Maybe some should be taking note that. Red flags all over. Will not return. Don't go there! I don't need a comment for the hospital I am just putting this out here so others don't have to suffer! Do better!

I went there with facial paralysis from a ear surgery, I was in and out in 20min. Doctor called my facial paralysis a "complex migraine" and sent me home. I sent my ENT a message and he said I should have received better care as it could have gotten much worse. Because of those 20min in this ER and seeing the doctor 5 of those minutes... I'm on the hook for over 600$!!!! I will be calling to dispute this, since I never really received any care!!

I brought my 7 year old daughter to the ER because she had said her privates itched, since I was having car troubles and it was the only thing in town open. It was last summer which was incredibly hot, and she had a school carnival before and was incredibly sweaty when I picked her up. Instead of giving her a shower and sending her to bed, I thought I would get it checked out. They immediately put us in a room with cameras. I told the nurses that my daughter has the carnival and was very sweaty and is also is scared of strangers looking at her privates so we would prefer a woman... Two hours later, no other patients, 8pm, daughter hasn't eaten and very anxious why shes in a room waiting for someone to check her privates... Two MEN came in questioning her about anyone touching her privates! I was so caught off guard and didn't even think this was allowed. Then they asked HER to look at her privates! My daughter left so scared.. to first assume it was a possible molestation issue was insane. At least rule out any other reason before making my daughter feel violated!

We drove 25 minutes from Apple valley for a max 3 minute wait. Best service and experience at an ER ever. Nurses were extremely caring, attentive and professional. My daughter was so afraid walking in, but by the time the intake was complete, she was far less afraid.

Fairview can learn a lot from this place.

My overall experience was not great. I appreciate the timely check-in process & being roomed quickly. Once roomed I spent a total of 5 hours there. Not sure if it's an understaffed situation but a few times I wondered if they forgot about me. I don't mind the wait (it is an emergency department) but a quick check-in periodically would have been appreciated. No one asked if I needed water or a blanket. I had to ask for both. Although the provider (name withheld) seemed conscientious about ordering tests, she did not address my pain. I went to the ED because I was suffering with pain and when I asked about pain management I was told to take OTC meds. I had explained earlier that they do not address my pain adequately. I have never been treated like a drug seeker and I left feeling like one. I was perplexed, conflicted and sadly offended. The positive: I absolutely adored the imaging staff. They were so kind, warm, helpful and reassuring, but most likely, I will make a different choice next time.

My Father was admitted through your ER on Tuesday, May 2nd. He received excellent care from all the staff they encountered. He stayed until Friday, May 5th and was released to TCU. Because of the poor care and traumatic event that too place there, he was taken back to ER. We were called by ER staff that he was there. We went down to get him released into our care. The employees we encountered, the nurse and physician were excellent!!! We can not thank you enough. Our Father was returned to a peaceful state because your staff understood what he was going through. Please let them know how grateful we are and will always be for their care. Great hospital and great staff.

Our grandpa was hospitalized with a kidney stone and our Nurse Faiza came to the rescue. She was very patient and brought a smile to our grandpa and joked to make everyone feel at ease. She is the reason we have had such a positive experience here at Regina. I can not say the same for ER department when we first arrived they were horrible. They need a overhaul. But once upstairs the doctors and nurses upstairs were outstanding.

Worse hospital we have ever been to. My 5 yr old daughter was very sick and dehydrated and I had to basically demand that they give her IV fluids and test her for influenza as the doctor didn’t want to do either for her! This is the most joke hospital in the twin cities area! Do yourself a favor and go to the Urgency Room or ANY other ER hospital than this one! Never ever will I go there again even if my life depended on it!

I had go to Er last night, my visit was good they help me. They prescribed me prescription that cost over 1,000 $ . Go with what the insurance covers , that is my dispute about my visit.
