At this point I come here biweekly lol. They truly do provide supreme care. Every doctor I have encountered has been amazing. They provide a thorough work up. The nurses have the best bedside manner and truly go above and beyond. There's one overnight nurse that usually helps me and she is so knowledgeable (you will know once you meet her). I had to bring my daughter with me to a visit and they were very patient with her as I was being treated.

I was very impressed With the supreme care emergency room services. The facility is so nice but what makes it great is the caring staff that did such a wonderful job taking care of me when I was so sick. A lot of hospital ERs and doctors tend to rush you out and go onto the next patient, but that was not my experience here. They took their time and answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing emergency room services, they are excellent!

I came in with severe leg pain and limited mobility after already having visiting a popular urgent care center that same morning with no relief. The Nurse, Doctor, and CAT scanner all worked together to come up with answers and a plan for relief. Finally that evening my leg was less swollen and the next morning and today I have mobility back. I was a bit unsure about visiting an ER not affiliated with a major hospital, but I couldn't make it that far and this place was exactly the right spot to be. Was seen immediately, kindly, and intelligently. The intake coordinator/registration person was very patient with me when I barely walked in, she made it as easy as possible to register. Great team!

During my time at supreme care with terrible food poisoning on 10/10/24 @3am I had the best care from an awesome team. I had the sweetest front desk lady Grace she was so kind and helpful. Then the nurse Gracie was so nice and understanding, she made sure I was taken care of through my whole stay. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Desai and was given the best care I needed. I strongly recommend this place for your health. They even give you all your test results and some goodies for the night. Thank you again Supreme Care ER.-Kimberly Mendoza

Too bad 5 stars is all I can leave. I brought my mother here the other night after an at home arm injury was still worsening a week later. I’m weary like most about going to a stand alone ER, & I can also be hard to please. This place blew me away. The comfort, kindness, compassion, respect, bed-side manner, communication; I could go on forever; was all beyond great. I cannot speak highly enough of this ER. I will not go anywhere else from now on. I did not grab everyone’s names but DR. Z was on the night shift and he was awesome as well; everyone was! Do not hesitate coming here.

I visited this er on Thursday 1/28/25 I had pain in my stomach and upper right shoulder blade they did a ultrasound on my liver and gallbladder they claim they found nothing but the results came back in 2 mins like who can look over a ultrasound in 2 minutes thats ridiculous. Dr prescribed me medication for the pain and Pepcid for the stomach issues they said I had no gallstones I suffered continuously in pain until I had to go to memorial Hermann for second opinion and more testing on 2/1/25 memorial hermann found a gallstone measuring 1cm on my gallbladder memorial hermann took there time and made sure I left with answers. Supreme er and urgent care could use some real drs and staff that knows how to do their jobs it was a horrible experience I don’t recommend supreme er to anyone they are careless and they show it. Might I add the lady at supreme er that did my ultrasound looked at my liver and gallbladder for 5 mins. I need to alert my insurance company that supreme er did nothing for me and misdiagnosed me. DO NOT VISIT THIS SUPREME ER
