Up until Monday, I'd only ever taken my kids to Premier. I've always been satisfied with the care and timeliness - the standard you know? Well, on Monday I went for myself following a series of unfortunate events. I was seen quickly, the staff was very kind, and the doctor listened. I was a blubbering mess and the staff at Premier didn't bat an eye. Thank you for the warm blanket during and after the CT scan. Thank you for the reassurance. Thank you for seeing me as a person first.

Okay well that was the easiest and most effective medical situation we’ve ever experienced? Man.. this is how all healthcare should operate. We were in and out SO quickly. No headaches. They pinpointed exactly what was going on with my son in less than 5 minutes and treated him immediately. We were out the door, $25 copay (with our insurance). 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 5-star all the way. I live 2 hours away, we were passing through.. but I honestly might drive all the way back the next time we need immediate care! Lol

I had to take my 12 month old in because he hit his head and.. of course, I was worried and sad for my baby, but once I got there, the wait wasn't long, and the night crew were amazing.. with checking out my child and even comforting me with kind words. Hopefully, I never have to go back but if I do, I hope it's with the same crew. This was Thursday night, Friday morning; December 19 to 20. I'm so thankful for people like you.

I took my daughter to Premier ER & Urgent Care and had a great experience. The entire staff was amazing. The registration process was quick, thanks to the receptionist’s (Doris) efficiency, and we were seen almost immediately. The nurse’s (Becca) bedside manner was exceptional, making us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!

I’m so thankful for Premier ER & Urgent Care Temple. I had severe burns in both of my hands and I felt I needed to go for immediate attention. I arrived to the ER around 7PM. From the front desk, to the nurses and the Dr were all really friendly, nice, professional and attentive. They showed their care when I went over my burns and I was treated pretty quickly. Dra. Canestrini was beyond amazing. She carefully and professionally treated, cleaned and wrapped my hands to avoid any infection. She also submitted a referral with BS&W wound care unit for a follow up treatment. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Premier ER for the great care and service. I’ll definitely return to this place if I ever need any immediate help and I already letting others know about this place. Thank you again and I hope these great services to the patients will always be like this.
