My wife had a reaction on her face that caused her to have blisters, burning stinging, and very painful. It was in the evening, and there was no way she was going to be able to sleep. So we came to the r memorial springs and met up with doctor Ken! Dr. Ken and his staff called us in within 5 minutes. They put an IV on my wife with 3 different medicines. And she was already filming relief within ten minutes. I've been to 2 different ER facilities, and they weren't even even close to being knowledgeable about the medical industry that Dr. Ken was. We got home and in the morning. Her face was almost cleared up with no symptoms. That's what we were looking for!! Thank you, Doctor Ken, and your staff!

Dr. Kene and his entire staff is great and are doing a fantastic job with patient care and concerns! This is my 2nd time here and the patient care experience was just as good as the first visit! I definitely would recommend! Very very clean and beautiful decor in the waiting area.

Mi visita a este lugar se debió a que estaba trabajando y me dio un dolor muy fuerte en mi espalda baja del cual no me pude enderezar, desde que llegue Ericka me ayudó, me guió al cuarto, luego la radióloga Linda me hizo rayos x para saber la razón de mi dolor. La enfermera Pamela estuvo muy pendiente de mi y me hizo sentir muy bien, gracias al doctor Kene por el tratamiento y sus recomendaciones. Me encantó este lugar, todos tuvieron una buena atención, lo recomiendo 100%

Came in with extreme back pain (kidneys) and couldn’t stop vomiting. Staff at the front was amazing, this is not a review for them. It is a review for Dr.Healing… there was one patient ahead of me with a hand injury, and as soon as I got in, they told me it would only be about 10 minutes longer, Fast-forward an hour, he was still not done with that patient, Once he finally came into my room, it made sense why… very elderly man not even trying to be rude, but now it made sense why it took so long. Did not make you feel safe or comfortable at all. I’m not sure how he is still practicing, I was on the bed with my head in a bag, and he came in making jokes no urgency at all. I told him that I’ve had a kidney infection before, and I know that the pain feels the same. I also was self-pay so I was hoping he wouldn’t send me to a $2500 treatment and that is exactly what he said I needed. He did not even take the time to test my urine sample. It was there when I left. He called me poor. Told me to go to a bigger hospital and I can deal with them there if I didn’t wanna accept his treatment plan for $2500. I asked if I could get some nausea and maybe something to help with the pain and he said, and I quote “ Let me know when you finish nursing school.” Absolutely unacceptable to have someone like this working like this at night/ working there at all. I I truly feel so sorry for anyone that walks in while he is working.

I can't express how grateful I am for the medical care that I had recently received. Dr. Nicholas was incredibly thorough, professional, and showed great compassion in meeting my medical needs. My spouse had to go here for a kidney stone during the snow. From the front desk, nurse, and doctor for treatment everyone was wonderful. We also did not have to wait long and received care quickly. I would recommend going here.
