Five star treatment! Fast service! Sabrina and Kendra were very helpful and informative!

Update!! I went back for a follow up! I was greeted by Sabrina. She recognized me from before and listened to my concerns. Kendra also stopped in to talk to me and told me not to worry! It is refreshing to come across people who genuinely care about your health and the job they do!

I visited this ER for the first time tonight after going to three other emergency rooms, and I can confidently say this was the best. The care I received was exceptional—the nurses, Kendra and Sabrina, were amazing and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this ER in Cypress!

Kendra is Amazing!!! I’ve been coming for iron infusions for several months now and I always feel like I’m at home. The customer service is superb from the time you want in. They are awesome! The nurses and staff are knowledgeable in the area of health and are attentive to one’s needs. I’d highly recommend.

The staff was very Nice when i walked in. They have been making me very comfortable even though i was in a lot of pain. Nurse Rolando and Medical Assistant Ashley were very nice and thorough! Way to go team!

Update : Day 2 for a follow up was a lot more easy going Dr.Murr and Nurse Kendra understood the assignment . They handled me with care. Taught me about aftercare and were very nice and understanding!

It is the first time I come, I came with my 4 children and my mother for a check-up for a car accident, we felt very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and they care about the patients at all times, I definitely recommend it.

I was attended by Kendra and she was just amazing. I came in with abdominal and chest pains and she made sure to take care of my issues. You can really tell that she cares for the people that are admitted because on top of providing me great care, she went out of her way to hit me with a reality check and inform me on different lifestyle changes to truly take care of myself after the visit. I will mention that there was a long wait time to be attended but Kendra was honestly the nurse I needed to make me realize that I cannot continue with my current unhealthy lifestyle.

Came here due to a really bad abdominal pain, I was brought in quickly. My nurse Kendra, and Sabrina were very sweet and made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in details. I loved that they had everything here. I got a CT done and ultrasound, most places will refer you out. My only complaint is the Dr didn’t really introduce himself I didn’t know I spoke to him until after one of the nurses asked and described him and the results were explained by a nurse not the actual Dr. besides that the environment is welcoming and clean. The lady at the front desk very sweet and helpful! Also, if u come here it’s considered an ER visit so you’ll get charged ER base on insurance, when I looked it up on google it came up as an urgent care.
