This emergency room is amazing!
I was searching for an ER in my area on Google maps, and I found several choices but this place had the highest amount of positive reviews by far.
I am so happy I ended up going over here.
Everyone were so professional and friendly.
Starting with the beautiful young lady at the reception miss TaTuCara Miles who helped me above and beyond to sort out my insurance situation, through the amazing RN and of course Dr. Mark.
I would highly recommend this emergency center.

I have had a very sore throat for a very long time! I’ve seen multiple dr.’s for it to no avail. Last week I walked from work to the clinic & immediately the nurse started a strep test! Dr. Akunyili looked in my mouth & stated it looked fungal, strep was neg. I am so grateful to this Dr. for listening to me & giving me the correct diagnosis! My throat has been getting better every day thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Was seen right away upon arrival by ambulance. Staff was very professional. I only gave it 2 stars because the doctor talked me out of going to Houston Methodist Hospital, where my primary care doctor of 15 years and all my health records are. Instead, he talked me into Houston Northwest Hospital. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Listen, if you are injured and lying on the side of the road and EMS says your only choice is Houston Northwest, stay in the road. I wonder if it was because the ER on Rayford Rd is part of the HCR system. Hmmmmm............

Everyone named on this board (with the exception of Kellie, but only because I didn’t meet her) was phenomenal! Personable and knowledgeable. I came into the facility and was treated promptly and professionally. Even by the receptionist.

Loved the facility. Very fast and Dr. Kretschmer was amazing with my 5 year old. Also nurse Rob and John were very good with daughter and made her feel very comfortable. Also Maddie and anna was so sweet and gave her a teddy after a nose swab. Definitely recommend!
Came back for myself this time and this facility is hands down the best! This time Dr. Hernandez took care of me and i honestly want him and Dr. Kretschmer to open their own office. Best doctors in houston ❤️ Front desk Anna is the sweetest as well.

I received EXCELLENT care. The doctor bedside manner was absolutely perfect. I could tell that he generally cared and made sure I was comfortable. Tammy my nurse was also very caring and made my uncomfortable visit easy! Thank you all for working together as a team. The whole staff was AWESOME from the front desk to everyone that I had the pleasure of being greeted by.
