Took our daughter in for excruciating tooth pain and we were seen almost immediately on a Friday night at 9:30 pm. The receptionist was polite and professional. The nurse was friendly, welcoming and very reassuring. The Doctor was extremely helpful in finding out the tooth pain was linked to a double ear infection and gave immediate relief and was even empathetic. Facility was clean and comfortable seating, just as a side point. This will be our new go-to for urgent care.

I brought my mother in with pain and trouble breathing. Her oxygen was at a 77 when we got there. Oxygen brought it back up to a safe level. They sent her home! I asked the doctor if he thought it was safe for her to go home knowing her oxygen was going to drop again and he said "Well, she came in that way didn't she?" It was at 64 when I got her home!

I went in last night and everyone was so kind (receptionists, nurse, tech, doctor). I’ve never gone to an ER for myself and I was nervous since it might have been overkill for what I was experiencing but I felt totally comfortable there and the nurse even said at the end, “You did the right thing coming in.” I received thorough and compassionate care.

Was seen quickly which was nice. Male nurse seemed annoyed to be there and like everything was a bother to him. The dr I spoke with was nice, but he diagnosed me with diverticulitis and no one explained anything to me about it. Couldn’t ask the nurse questions since it seemed to inconvenience him. I had to go to actual ER the next day and there was a spot on my fallopian tube that the dr the day before did not mention at all. He was only concerned with the initial diagnosis and nothing else.

This ER is a complete joke. Dr. R Martinez came in for 2 minutes and spoke to me as if I were a complete idiot. Repeated the same simple information instead of offering help and/or compassion. Bedside manner was non existent. As for the front desk, just beware… you are a complete inconvenience to them and they are extremely rude. For a place to claim to help others, all they did for me was remind me to go somewhere else where a doctor and his staff actually care.

10/10 would recommend this facility. Short wait time. The staff was BEYOND kind, efficient, attentive and wonderful bedside manner. They got me taken care of. They have a CT machine (which I needed). Every employee was superb. If and when the time arises when I need an ER, this is where I’ll go. I was taken care of by NP Lance, Dr. Gonzalez and Tech Tanya. All AMAZING!

FYI this is an emergency room, not an urgent care. They will charge you the copay as an emergency room visit and not an urgent care clinic which for most insurance is significantly different (10X in my case). If your problem is not an absolute emergency I would advise going somewhere else. Great care and nice doctors, just feel deceived by the cost and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
